Oh The Places You’ll Go is an inspiring book by Dr. Seuss. It was actually the last book that was published in his lifetime. It is an encouraging book about all the great things the narrator, who is also supposed to be the reader, will do in their lifetime and all of the accomplishments that they will achieve. It is a feel-good book meant to be inspirational and uplifting to people of all ages. This book is told through poetry which makes it very important. It has a nice rhythm that is easy on the ears for young readers. It is both captivating and easy to read and follow along with. There is a lot of recognition with this book, especially among graduates of high school and college as it is a very thoughtful gift about the future. This is great for the reader who wants a light yet inspiring read and who loves colors as the illustrations in this book are very colorful and fun to look at.
