Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss is an extremely quirky, funny, and delightful book children’s book told through the use of poetry and rhyming. Dr. Seuss is notorious for his great children’s books told through nonsense words and fun rhymes that are appealing foscreen-shot-2016-11-15-at-9-43-27-amr children. This is a story about the main character, Sam-I-Am, petering and bothering one of his friends to try green eggs and ham. The friend is very hesitant but Sam-I-Am is a very persistent friend. To find out if Sam-I-Am’s friend tried green eggs and ham you should read this book. This is a quality book and one of the most famous Dr. Seuss books to this day. This book has received the New York State Three Apples Award and also won numerous other recognitions for its mark in children’s literature. This is a quality book about trying new things and not judging a book by its cover. It conveys many other great messages as well. This is great for the reader who wants a light and easy read but a very meaningful one. Parents love this book too! It is a book great for all ages, though it is aimed at kids kindergarten-2nd grade.
